Our standard callout includes an hour’s consultation and we can often take care of things right then and there.

Calls within half an hour of our office: £80
Calls over half an hour from our office: £110
Each additional hour onsite: £30

The workshop
Sometimes the problem takes longer to fix. Our workshop service means you can get back to work while we take care of the problem.

The first hour: £50
Extra hours: £30

We’ll only charge you for time spent working on your Mac – not for testing or diagnosis that runs unattended.

Phone support
Lots of our customers, once we’ve fixed their Macs, like the security of having an expert ear on call for niggles, hints, and other advice. Our phone support provides that security.

It’s 50p per minute
